Freight Cost Calculation

Percentage-Based Freight Cost by Zone:

  • Zone 1 (Ontario): 8% of total product cost (Min. Charge: $115)
  • Zone 2 (Quebec): 10% of total product cost (Min. Charge: $133)
  • Zone 3 (Manitoba): 12% of total product cost (Min. Charge: $140)
  • Zone 4 (Saskatchewan): 14% of total product cost (Min. Charge: $165)
  • Zone 5 (Alberta): 15% of total product cost (Min. Charge: $165)
  • Zone 6 (British Columbia): 16% of total product cost (Min. Charge: $178)
  • Zone 7 (Nova Scotia): 18% of total product cost (Min. Charge: $189)
  • Zone 8 (Newfoundland & Labrador): 25% of total product cost (Min. Charge: $219)

Ensures dealers have a predictable shipping cost for all orders based on their location.

Free Shipping Threshold

  • Free shipping is available for orders above $2,500.
  • To cover shipping costs for orders under $2,500, Ceha Canada has adjusted product pricing slightly.

Price Adjustment: A 5% increase has been applied to product prices to account for shipping costs while maintaining competitive pricing.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

  • Standard Dealers: Minimum order of $2,500 before freight charges (qualifies for free shipping).

Bulk Orders (Full Truckload): Custom pricing available upon request.

Additional Notes:

  • Lead Time: Standard shipping lead time is 5-12 business days depending on the destination zone.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost upon request.
